About the VISH Spring Hanger
The VISH system is VIB-ISO’s noise and vibration reducing spring hanger isolator. Designed to attach between a building structure and a suspended piece of equipment or piping, the VISH isolator will aid to reduce the vibration from mechanical, electrical and plumbing piping systems through to the building structure. It is also available with a double-deflection isolator, VISH-R.
Each VISH includes a compact, steel spring assembly which rests on a anti-short circuit, rubber snubbing grommet. All thread rod (supplied by others) is field adjustable to meet specific on-site requirements of the piece of equipment. The VISH can be used individually or in multiples depending on the size of the piece of equipment or piping requiring frequency vibration isolation.
VIB-ISO will engineer each VISH isolator to match the specified piece of equipment and meet any additional customer requirements. The VISH system is available in 1” or 2” deflection and is shipped fully assembled with the springs attached to the housing at VIB-ISO in order to reduce onsite labor. The VISH design allows for quick, on-site assembly requiring only basic tools for installation.
