About the VIMR Isolation Mount Rail
The VIMR system is VIB-ISO’s vibration isolation mount rail that is designed to sit between a structural floor and a mounted piece of equipment. The VIMR is designed to reduce the vibration from a piece of mechanical or electrical equipment to the building structure.
VIB-ISO will engineer each VIMR system to match the specified unit length and width, while meeting any additional customer requirements. The VIMR system is shipped fully assembled and ready for quick on-site assembly requiring only basic tools for installation.
The VIMR is manufactured from structural steel channel and features double deflection neoprene mountings with bolt holes provided for installation, if specified by the customer. Neoprene on all mounting surfaces ensures a stable, durable friction surface between the isolation mount rail and the building structure.
