Description
The VIBmount-FS Isolator is VIB-ISO’s free-standing, un-housed, un-restrained standard floor mount isolator. Designed to sit between a structured floor and a ounted piece of equipment, the VIBmount-FS Isolator will aid to reduce the vibration from large mechanical and electrical equipment to the building structure. Each VIBmount-FS includes an openended, freestanding, large diameter steel spring. The steel spring assembly rests on an elastomeric spring cup.
VIB-ISO will engineer each VIBmount- FS Isolator to match the specified unit and meet any additional customer requirements. The VIBmount-FS Isolator features a large diameter steel spring, threaded in an elastomeric cup in order to reduce high frequency vibration. It is available in 1” or 2” deflection and offers easy on-site assembly requiring only basic tools for installation. For larger pieces of equipment, blocks may be used for installation.
